• For orders till 50.00€ postal charge is 5.00€.
• For orders over 50.00€ are free of postal charge.

3. In order email please write this information:
• Your mobile phone number

• If you order Jawa, Čezeta or Velorex spare parts, write motorcycle mark, production year and then following with item code and amount. Click here for spare parts.

4. After receiving the order e-mail, the goods will be assembled and we will send you a photo of all available items and payment summ.

6. After receiving parcel to your submitted Omniva terminal, you will receive SMS to your mobile phone with opening security code.

7. Jawa shop keep rights to reject your order without any explanation.

8. Return of goods
Customer has rights to return goods within 14 days from the receiving day. You will have to pay the direct cost of returning the goods, if any. We will refund within 2 weeks after receiving returns. Refund may be withheld until the goods are received in the Jawa shop. When returning the goods, there might be a delivery risk, so we encourage you to keep the invoice and the receipt issued by the parcel machine.
