1. Send your order to info@jawa.lv

2. In order email please write following information:
• Your mobile phone number
• Your email address (if different)
• Your home address - to choose closest delivery pick-up point.
• If you order Jawa, Čezeta or Velorex spare parts, write motorcycle mark, production year and then following with item code and amount. Click here for spare parts.

3. Delivery - delivery to pick-up point:
• Minimum order 20,00€ (incl. VAT)
• For orders till 100.00€ (incl.VAT) postal charge is 12.00€.
• For orders over 100.00€ (incl.VAT) are free of postal charge.

4. After receiving the order e-mail, the goods will be assembled and we will send you a photo of all available items and payment summ.

6. After parcel arrival in your nearest pick-up point, you will receive SMS and email submitted in order with receiveing security code

7. Jawa shop keep rights to reject your order without any explanation

8. Return of goods
Customer has rights to return goods within 14 days from the receiving day. You will have to pay the direct cost of returning the goods, if any. We will refund within 2 weeks after receiving returns. Refund may be withheld until the goods are received in the Jawa shop. When returning the goods, there might be a delivery risk, so we encourage you to keep the invoice and the receipt issued by the post, courier service or other.
