1. Pasūtījumi tiek pieņemti e-pastā - info@jawa.lv

2. Minimālā pasūtījuma summa, lai veiktu piegādi - 20.00€.
• Pasūtījumiem līdz 50.00€ piegādes maksa 5.00€.
• Pasūtījumiem virs 50.00€ bezmaksas piegāde.

3. Pasūtījuma e-pastā jānorāda:

• Jums vēlamā Omniva pakomāta adrese preces saņemšanai.

• Pasūtot Jawa, Čezeta vai Velorex rezerves daļas jānorāda preces kods un daudzums.

4. Pēc pasūtījuma e-pasta saņemšanas tiek veikta preču komplektācija. Pasūtītājam tiek nosūtīts fotogrāfija saskaņošanai un summa apmaksai.

8. Preču atgriešana
Pasūtītājam ir tiesības 14 dienu laikā no preču saņemšanas dienas izmantot atteikuma tiesības un atsūtīt iegādātās preces atpakaļ. Jums būs jāsedz ar preču atpakaļ atdošanu saistītās tiešās izmaksas, ja tādas rodas.
Preces vērtības atmaksu nodrošinām 2 nedēļu laikā no brīža, kad saņemta informācija par atteikuma tiesību izmantošanu. Naudas izmaksa var tikt aizturēta līdz brīdim, kad preces saņemtas atpakaļ Jawa veikalā.
Veicot preču atgriešanu, piegādes risku uzņemas preču nosūtītājs, tādēļ aicinām saglabāt pavadzīmi un pakomāta izsniegto kvīti.

8. Return of goods
Customer has rights to return goods within 14 days from the receiving day. You will have to pay the direct cost of returning the goods, if any. We will refund within 2 weeks after receiving returns. Refund may be withheld until the goods are received in the Jawa shop. When returning the goods, there might be a delivery risk, so we encourage you to keep the invoice and the receipt issued by the parcel machine.
